When we encounter fish as the theme of an online slot machine it’s usually because we’re at the bottom of the ocean with an array of submarine creatures in their own aquatic world; things are a little bit different in this game from Playson, it’s called Aquarium and that’s where all the action takes place. Aquarium is a five reel slot with three rows and up to thirty paylines; the fishy reels are transparent and they spin against a backdrop of this squeaky clean fish tank. Those familiar coloured stones line the base of the tank and various real or plastic underwater plants frame the colourful fish as they spin.
The standard symbols are all theme-related and include a seahorse, fish of various colours – green, orange, blue and yellow – and two separate shoals. Paylines run from right to left as well as left to right so there are plenty of winning options.
