Sweets and slot machines seem to fit together very nicely; perhaps they remind us of the times we spent playing fruit machines in some coastal amusement arcade right next to a vending machine filled with goodies. Candyland is a five reel slot with three rows and just nine paylines; it’s design is similar to others occupying the same genre with plenty of bright colours in the background and a huge range of sweets elsewhere. The background sounds are a little grating but they can easily be muted in the normal fashion.
Some of those base game sweet symbols are recognisable – a lemon drop, a strawberry, a cola bottle, etc – but the rest we can’t really identify although they do look quite tasty.
