We haven’t seen a farming-themed online slot for a while and as all players will know it’s good to get back to the land every once in a while to smell the fresh air and the cowpats; Fields of Fortune is a Playtech release with some cartoon good looks and several bonus features.
Fields of Fortune is a five reel slot with three rows and twenty five fixed paylines; those reels are transparent but they spin within a rickety wooden frame. Behind those symbols we can see a bright landscape stretching away towards the hills in the distance.
There are five high value symbols including three anthropomorphic plants of different colours – yellow, pink and blue – plus a watering can and a crossed trowel/fork; the lower values are vegetables formed into the shape of 10, J, Q, K and A.
The wild symbol is a red rose which appears only on reels two, three and four; it will expand to cover all positions if a winning combination is possible. It will replace all others except the signpost scatter icon (or the scarecrow ‘Power Scatter’ icon).
