An online slot based on the undead is always off to good start in our eyes so it’s with pleasure that we welcome you to check out Vampire: The Masquerade, a game developed by Foxium and based in the home of gaming, Las Vegas. It’s actually based on the RPG game of the same name from the early 1990s if your memory takes you back that far.
Vampire: The Masquerade is a five reel slot with three rows and twenty fixed paylines; some ornate golden frames border those reels which float above a dim but moonlit view of Las Vegas with various familiar landscapes dotted around the gloomy vista.
All the symbols are related to the theme and include packages of blood, some CSI-types, a warning poster, a CCTV pic and five gold/silver items.
The wild symbol is a large, golden ‘W’ which will substitute for all others to help form winning combinations except for the vampire/prey bonus icons and the large, individual vampire & prey symbols.

If one of the large vampire or prey symbols fills up all positions on it’s reel you will receive 20x or 10x your line stake; if both appear (or if one appears full and the other partly) you’ll receive 30x the line stake and you’ll also fill up one section of the red (Blood) or green (Discipline) vials on either side of the reels.
Free Spins
When one of the vials beside the reels is full the free spins will be triggered and you’ll receive between one and sixteen spins plus 1x to 6x multiplier depending on their levels when that happens. There are three possible free spins modes and one will be picked at random:
- Dominate Discipline – If the prey lands on reel five it will become wild and turn a random number of other positions wild also (all positions can be wild if you’re lucky).
- Fortitude Discipline – Up to six positions will be turned wild on each spin.
- Presence Discipline – Four wild symbols are always in view and they can move about between spins.
Pick Me Bonus
This is triggered by landing three of the vampire/prey symbol anywhere on reels one, three and five; in this picking game you have two lives work your way up through six sets of five cards. A skull will remove a life but other cards will award cash and move you up a level for greater prizes – reaching the top will mean the cards there award multipliers of your total plus the Bite Award (50x the total bet).
